This is my go-to O'Reilly🥳 This location always have a friendly and knowledgeable staff available. The store is always well stocked and clean. I walked in ( Sat, May 23rd) the associate that was eagar to help was Jayden. I told him I was frustrated and looking for a valve cover gasket set and ignition coil. I needed someone with some patience to assist me. He informed me he had 7 minutes before clocking out but was willing to assist me. I really appreciated his knowledge, friendliness and patience he offered. He was very helpful in calming me down and quick pulling up what i needed. Thanks Jayden for assisting me 💯 Keep smiling and assisting the customers with your great customer service. I did purchase and ignition coil. It's not included in the pic because I put it on after purchasing it and tossed the box in O'Reilly's trash bin.

This review is for Mr. Daniel. You—the white guy—were very rude in your service and refused to give me what I needed. That was really poor behavior on your part, buddy. If you don't like your job, you should find another line of work. Luckily, AutoZone is very close by; they helped me out and answered all my questions.

This place just isn’t the same as it used to be. There is a very strong I couldn’t care less attitude from employees. I also was given a wrong diagnosis to my vehicle just so they could get a sale. They told me one thing and I took my vehicle to the shop and was told the exact opposite. Another time I called and asked for something as simple as headlight bulbs and they gave me the wrong ones. I called back asking if they had the correct ones. I was told they didn’t have the ones I need over the phone. So I had to put everything back on my car a second time just to go up there again. From the employee’s attitude something told me to just go look on the shelf, and guess what, I find the right pair of light bulbs. They had them the whole time. I don’t think the guy even looked to be honest cause they were not hard to find. You’re better off going to auto zone up the street. Or if you have to go here do not ask for advice or help finding something just do it yourself. It’s not worth the bad advice and extra trips you will have to make. The employee’s clearly don’t care about wasting your time at this location or saving you money. Update I am now out of pocket for over a 100$ for an alternator/battery diagnostic fee because one of there employees wanted to make some extra money on the side to replace my alternator that is working perfectly fine instead of just telling me I needed a new battery. This place is shady as hell. I will be uploading my diagnostic sheet from the auto shop as well for proof

Mr Gregory was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable. I observed him with at least two customers and he gave 5☆ outstanding customer service to each. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I had to exchange one item to get another one. He smiled, offered Insight where he could and reassured me. This level of customer service is practically non-existent these days. Thanks O'Reilly and thank you even more Mr Gregory. I am a Beyond satisfied customer.

Came to this location after my wife went to the main store off 1530 w interstate 20 and was treated rudely by one of the employees when she was looking for a part we needed for our car . This location i walked in and spoke with Ian and he was quick to stop what he was doing to help me with all questions I had about my vehicle not cooling . He went to my car and helped me get the right ac freon for my vehicle. We walked back into store and I purchased it with the intention of putting it in myself . Ian after ringing me out went to my vehicle and helped me put it into my vehicle. He noticed it wasn't working and went into the store to replace it with a new one to see if would work after a few minutes we notice it wasn't cooling still and could be another issue . I thanked him for all his help he then said come inside so we can do a refund I was not expecting this from him but I greatly appreciate all he has done for me during this visit to his store . If you guys want a great experience go see him he's positive attitude and want to help customers will have me coming back here to get any parts I may need . Thanks again Ian
