Do not trust them to change your battery. Today I came in to get my battery changed, and the clerk offered to change it for me. He then proceeded to connect the battery backwards, causing a spark. This caused my main fuse and alternator to die, and my car is stranded in the parking lot until it can be towed to the dealership. They said I would have to front the cost of the towing and repair until they received the invoice from the dealer.

Jonathan provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help me. He quickly changed my lightbulb and also fixed the plate inside my car with professionalism and care. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was done correctly. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and quality service!

The hospitality is amazing!!!! I called the store inquiring about a car battery replacement and Dani the assistant manger was incredibly helpful. She got me out of here in a timely manner with a new battery. THANK YOU DANIIUI

Excellent store & staff. They are always very helpful & knowledgable. I would highly recommend O'Reilly's to anyone needing auto parts, especially this location. Dani & Jonathan were beyond helpful both times I was there this week!

Dani at shop 726 was so extremely helpful!!! She helped changed my battery and took care of me when I was terrified about what I had to do with my truck. She really held me , thank you Dani!
