In a hurry, I purchased the wrong part for my. I was able to return the part and they took the time to make sure I was getting the correct one I place of it. Friendly staff.

Hasan was excellent in providing outstanding customer service. I needed a battery. He confirmed I needed one by testing first and then showed me options for batteries that fit my truck. He even installed it and was friendly the entire time. No pressure, no attitude, no nonsense. Just friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Hasan is rare nowadays. I am very pleased and will return just because of his service. Thank you!

10 Stars for manager Dennis and Corporate manager Mike. After another O'Reilly location told me they "couldn't" (wouldn't) change out my battery, I went back to this location where I had got my battery 3.5 yrs ago. The only reason I had went to the other location was because it was closer since I had moved and I was driving around with a bad battery. After they denied me, I went here to the Matlock location and they took care of me without complaint. Yes, it took a little more effort, but they did it with a smile, and kindness. I'll never go to another location again! THANKS Mike and Dennis. Oh, and Mike is "Corporate", But he willingly got the removal started until Dennis could get out after getting other customers that had come in taken care of. Great customer service here.
