I had the pleasure of being helped by Blake, and he was absolutely fantastic! He assisted me in finding a gas cap and took the time to clearly explain the battery prices. I even left and came back later to get a battery, and he personally installed it for me. Blake is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly excels at customer service. He made the whole experience smooth and easy—definitely a standout!

I had an outstanding experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Blake. His knowledge and professionalism truly stood out. I came in needing help with a headlamp, and Blake not only explained everything clearly but also patiently changed the headlamp himself. He went above and beyond by even attempting to price match since the headlamp was a bit expensive. That level of honesty and customer care is rare these days. Blake made the whole experience easy, reassuring, and stress free. Excellent service

Blake at O’Reilly’s fixed my car so fast I’m not convinced time actually passed. Battery and wipers? Done. He was funny, wildly knowledgeable, and somehow made car stuff painless and entertaining. I showed up stressed and left laughing with a fully functional vehicle. Blake rules.

Had a great experience this morning getting a new battery for my car. Kobe helped me and couldn't be more kind. He saw my father's veteran hat and told him he was going into the army as well, so my father shared some stories. We wish him well when we left.

The voltage on my car battery had been running around 12.3. I figured it was time to change it. I stopped by O’Reilly’s last week and came across a young man named Blake. I asked could he change it if I bought it from him and he said yes. So I said let’s do it. He gladly came out and got to work. Being that my battery is in the trunk I had to take a few items out and I held the insulation for him. Chevy is wrong for putting that battery in that awkward position on the Camaro. I would say it took him about 30 minutes. He was very patient and kind. Wish I could have tipped him but unfortunately they can’t accept them so he asked that I leave a review for him. Thank you Blake for your help and hopefully if anyone goes to this O’Reilly’s they’ll encounter your pleasant attitude and willingness to help.
