My friend and I had his coolant changed about 30 minutes before arriving at this O'Reilly's, as it had turned out the coolant was never filled and causing overheating issues. Sebastian was working, and talked to us about the problems and what to do. He recommended us a great coolant and why, and even came outside to supervise the coolant filling, offering and expecting to do it himself. He was absolutely amazing and went well above and beyond his job duties. Got my friend signed up for the rewards program even! I'd highly recommend this O'Reilly's location to anyone needing such a shop just because of Sebastian's stellar service and personality.

I have been a mechanic for 26 years. I work for a class 1 railroad. My truck has been slow cranking for a month. First cold morning of the year battery is to low to start my truck due to capacity of the battery being low from 11 months of service. Long story short. Counter guy gives me the doa battery back after charging and testing and told me I should have bought a better battery. Took the battery down the street to another orielys. No questions asked gave me a new battery. Never again Orielys arlington

Store hours are till 7:30am-10pm. I pull up before 10pm walk in the door that is unlocked and asked “tell me the store is still open” with an open door mind you and within business hours, the manager named Austin refused me and told me it’s to late.i asked are you afraid of making money. Trash customer service. Won’t be back to this store! Thank you for showing your true color!

Terrible experience on June 26, 2024. Came in with a starter under warranty and the sales clerk said it was not an Oreillys part. He wasn’t in uniform so I don’t have his name but the assistant manager Jerry told him to look it up anyway. He put the phone number in and said he had nothing. He didn’t change the date intentionally because I am a black female and he had no intention on helping me. My man went to another O’Reilly and got a copy of the receipt and gave it to me and came down here to prove that it was indeed an O’Reilly part. The sales person walked away and told Jerry to handle it. My man called him a coward. “He threatened to clock out and handle it outside” Jerry told him he better not. Then Jerry walked outside and I watched him attempt to snatch my man’s phone out of his hand. They were outside going back and forth. The sales person asked me what was wrong and I said he could’ve had his truck fixed if you would’ve replaced the part. He started to apologize to me for being disrespectful and offered to fix the starter himself. Things got over heated because the clerk didn’t just do his job and look the part up. The manager took a picture of our tag and threatened to call the police as we were leaving. They caused it on themselves simply because a black female customer they didn’t want to serve. DO NOT COME HERE!
