Keenan at O’Reilly should absolutely be recognized for his professionalism and excellent customer service. He answered the phone when I called, listened carefully to all of my needs and concerns, and diligently worked with me to get the right wiper blades for my vehicle. When I came into the store later, he was eager to help, very attentive, and had such a welcoming personality. He even installed my windshield wipers for me. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely return to this store again!

I was in a dire need situation! I was sold some parts for a vehicle that was in the shop. I purchased them from a different O'Reilly location. Only to find out they were the incorrect parts! I was livid I had to take off work search for parts across the metroplex to ensure I had the correct parts for my vehicle. I ended up at this location in Arlington Texas. I encountered an knowledgeable representative name Keenan. He literally single-handedly saved he Day. He not only located the parts in another state. . . . But he ensured that he communicated with the representative at a totally different location that was nearest the shop where my vehicle was being repaired. Keenan saved me critical time, despire and communicated honestly and effectively! He was patient and professional! Had it not been for Keenan's level of professionalism and thorough communication I'm sure I would have been dealing with the ordeal for several more days as the result of one incompetent representative at another location. I recommend a raise and promotion! He demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem-solving! Thank You Keenan

My 2013 RAV4 broke down, and I need a coolant bypass, a short 5” hose (probably a special order part). Spencer at O’Reilly went above and beyond to help me find a hose that fit perfectly and got me back on the road. Really appreciate employees who take the time to help customers solve a problem instead of just saying “we don’t have it.” Thanks again, Spencer!

During my visit, I observed an employee named Keenan openly expressing frustration to both customers and coworkers, stating that customers “get on his nerves” and that he wished he could take a break from them. This behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect as a customer. If an employee finds customer interactions consistently overwhelming, it may be worth considering whether this role is the right fit. I believe management should be aware of this situation, as it directly affects the customer experience.

I’m always up in Oriley’s I’m a big DIYer Orileys’s always has helpful employees not only can they do their job to a T it also comes with a sense of humor! Best of both worlds they have any an everything you need!
