I asked Kayden to let me borrow a tool for a break pad job I was doing apparently he didn’t know what tool i needed, later he point at me in diagram of tools they have and guessing later He points and say towards the right corner of the building for me to get a tool, my belief that it was a loaner item. I and pay for it he didn’t even bother to tell me hey this is not a loaner also the tool was used already so I thought it was the loaner tool. This was my first time using O’Reilly loaner tool program. When I came to return the tool Kayden refused to refund the money because it already used he said. He ask his “manager”said no I explained what happened that Kayden pointed me to corner to grab the tool. Instead of helping me he took Kayden side he refused to take accountability for his mistake both of them. Manager wouldn't help me instead he had smirked on his face like he didn’t care I told him I would complaint to his district manager and his answer was “why? is not like your going to get us fired. I told him is not about that is about a lesson be learn. Zero Customer experiences zero highlight helpful, zero efficient, and zero friendly zero effort to own up for his error. zero discipline behavior at this store management. I explain him that Kayden point me there to get tool. Manager should’ve care more about my situation instead of standing up for his employee mistake. The Public Disrespect I observed As I was waiting, I witnessed the manager speaking disparagingly about me to another customer while he assisting customer. It so amusing to him about my situation. In the future I won’t buy O’Reillys. Your store didn’t meet my expectations. You don’t strive in helping at all.

So y’all only leave one employee in the store stop being lazy and stop acting like y’all have attitudes when customers come in for help how you help 5-6 people that I was in front of and have a problem with me do better or find another job customer service towards me was none existing. Will no be returning after waiting while others are being served ahead of me

I love the asst store manager Kelvin here he’s always so helpful this store is the best o’reilly I’ve ever visited I come way from forth worth to them because of the awesome customer service I receive!
