I had gone to another O’reillys off of Abrams and the guy that was “helping me” started smirking as if the issue I was having was amusing to him. So I left and went to another O’reillys off New York. Here the manager Luis, was able to find my warranty that the other guy couldn’t find BUT it’s the same system as the one off Abrams WEIRD!! Anyways Luis was very respectful and helped me get my battery that was still under warranty. Thank you so much for your help Luis!!!

I came to this location due to horrible customer service experienced at the 1001 E Abram St. location. The store manager here, Luis, was very professional, attentive, and exemplified what customer service truly is. Thank you very much Luis for your help and servitude! Keep setting standards at your store!

Bryan’s customer service was the best I’ve come across in many years. We purchased a $70 hose from another employee who accidentally charged us for the wrong item. When I went to take the hose back my receipt was showing that it was never purchased. With thorough investigation he found out the issue and was able to not only have the best interest in mind looking out for the company but was professional in helping out the customer. He shows leadership, integrity and professionalism. We will definitely be coming back when he’s working for our auto part needs! After two different employees couldn’t help Bryan managed to right their wrongs. As an owner of a business, This place really is lucky to have him working there.

I came to purchase a new windshield wiper. And was greeted by a kind soul. He keeps a few he fixed to give to costumers. I thanked him and tried to pay. He said can you pray for me that’s all I need. Overwhelmed with emotions we prayed!!! Life is beautiful in these moments

My battery died while I was at Hong Kong Market and I had to get a jump just to make it over to the nearest auto shop. I lucked out! Anthony was extremely helpful, tested the old one to make sure it was the issue, found the right option for me, and had it replaced for me in about 15 minutes! Double checked after replacement to ensure no other electronics were faulty, luckily it was just the bad battery causing other stuff to go on the fritz. Now everything works perfectly! Thank you Anthony, I would've left a cash tip if I had any on me!
