I had a terrible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. I came in needing a simple battery replacement, something that most auto parts stores handle quickly and professionally. Instead, the personnel flat-out refused to change the battery. There was no helpful explanation, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no customer service whatsoever. The staff acted like it was an inconvenience just to ask for basic assistance. I was left feeling frustrated and completely unsupported. If you’re expecting reliable service or employees willing to do their job and help customers, don’t waste your time here. I will not be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone needing battery help.

Rep helped me find fuses for my car. Ordered it when they didnt have the right one in stock. Real friendly. Forgot to get name. Thanks.

I just received the best customer service from here!! My uncle Jesse had a headlight go out. So we came here to buy a new bulb. Marco was extremely respectful and even changed the bulb out for my Uncle! Thank you so much Marco! So glad to see there are still good people in this world!

Anthony took his time to help me out, when I had multiple questions. I also observed him answering the phones and trying to help their phone customers. Working in retail, I can understand the dynamics. Thanks for your help Anthony, with the oil filter, oil and window wipers; appreciate it!

Great auto parts store! Friendly staff and Good inventory on hand!
