The manager was really rude didn’t want to help me return a part that I ordered online. I had brought the part, the receipt that came inside the box and wanted to see the receipt I got online In which I pulled up on my phone from the Gmail with those 2 receipts he said he still couldn’t do it because he couldn’t input the numbers he was really rude and needs to be trained how to do returns I don’t know if he thought we stoled the part or something because my boyfriend is black but I felt we were racially profiled I went to another store and they returned it within 5 mins manager needs to be trained on customer service I didn’t like how we were treated

I found the O’Reilly Auto Parts customer service on Lamb and Charleston to be very professional, helpful and willing to go above and beyond in facilitating all of my needs in regards to auto service. There was a friendly and proficient young man named Alexander who was extremely helpful and did an awesome job in assisting me. Five stars for sure!

This afternoon my husband went to buy some car parts and the customer service was very rude with him. My husband asked him if he spoke Spanish because he feels better to speak with his native language, but this person didn’t ask for somebody else who spoke Spanish to help him. Most of the customers here are spanish speaking customers, the workers should at least be more flexible. If people work on customer service positions, they should be more patient with customers no matter their race or language. Please be more nice, not everybody can speak or understand English. Joseph be more nice next time, just because someone was a Spanish speaking person, you shouldn’t answer so harshly to them. Thank you.

Came to this oreilly location after having a bad experience at the autozone down the street. Customer service here was on point they know how to take care of the customer reason why I prefer oreillys. Hanssel knew extacly what part I needed and took me right to it no time wasted provided excellent customer service he needs a raise!!! If your in the area and need car parts or good advise on car repair definitely recommend this location!

Some Asian guy with tattoos on his right arm and grey hair had a bad attitude, was scrolling on his phone and not attending us and when he did, gave us attitude, and when we were confused about something he got rude.
