The store itself is nicely done. However it is my experience receiving help & wisdom from Beatrice. Oreilly’s is blessed to have this knowledgeable, kind, & professional. She was of great assistance. I feel capable because of the tool kit she showed to me. & her demonstrating how to use it :). Also she is patient & respectful

Not helpful at all. Just don't care attitude, that's the person I got that waited on me twice within 2 days. Didn't ask me if I needed help while I was installing something outside their store. Even the customers didn't stop to say anything. One person did. This is what people are like now regardless if you work at this store or not. I'll be returning to their competition for sure. Actually their is no competition.

Well went in there hoping they'd fix my problem but they didn't. They did however help me with some great advice on what I needed to know, and I appreciate that

I went into this store frustrated with having just purchased a second-hand vehicle. The employee who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate of my car issues and frustration. She even ordered me parts from a store out of state, and they were here super quick!! When I returned to pick up my parts and had asked for the manager to compliment the helpful employee and their outstanding customer service, it turned out she was the manager. I'd go to Connie's store any time.

Excellent customer service! Connie was awesome and helped me do quickly with a bug smile. Put in my new battery and it was all corroaded. She put up with the heat and my lack of manliness lol. Thank you Connie! You deserve a raise!
