I was having trouble with my car and a fine gentleman named Jonathan helped me find the part I needed to fix my car and even help me fix the problem. He was a real life saver with outstanding customer service. He definitely needs a raise or promotion.

I’m glad to see great reviews for this store, they deserve it ! So we were at Las Vegas motor speedway for hot rod magazine power tour and traveled from San Diego and we had Developed a coolant leak that we needed some parts for and a quick Google search came up with the store and I’m glad it did. Anthony, I believe was our salesman invoice number 5730–430949 He took care of us with the parts we needed, and went above and beyond to help us find a car wash that we could self wash the engine compartment, it was a mess. While we were there there was another customer that was acting pretty crazy Michael with a K helped her I’ve never seen anybody with such patience, I only hope if I ever have to Deal with someone as unreasonable as her I hope I have the patience he did!! Thank you O’Reillys for taking care of us once again! Michael A

First, kudos to you all being open on the 4th of July! The staff working at this location were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They don’t just sell parts, they ensured our problem was taken care of. We will not go to another parts store. O Reilly’s on East Craig are now family and life savors. They made our trip to California possible and introduced us to a mechanic who specializes in BMW!s. They told us exactly what was the problem, wood us the part, and connected us to a person who could fix it. Best store hands down. Best people on the planet. Good people still do exist.
