Edwin was very knowledgeable and not only helped me but went above and beyond with assistance like I was family. I was worried and stranded but he was able to fix the issues and prevent future issues. His customer service gave me motivation throughout the weekend to do all I can and go above and beyond for others. Great knowing theirs still diligent people left. Thank you 🦾🤞

Edwin and Novole were super helpful! Got me in an out of there quick helping me find the parts I needed. They were very nice and after a long day of work it was nice to be in and out!

Victoria, at OReilly Auto Parts on Simmons, was professional, efficient.and went above and beyond in trying to find a fuel pump for my car. I will definitely return to this shop in the near future.

On 10/18 I called the store and spoke to FREDDIE, he was not friendly over the phone and his tone and conversation made it seem like he didn't want to assist me. If he doesn't want to help customers with their vehicles he shouldn't be in the customer service & car repair business. I specifically asked for a certain car part for an automatic vehicle to be delivered from another store and he said it would be delivered at 9:30 am on 10/19. Then he tried hanging up without taking my name or phone number for the part being delivered/ transferred from another store. Then I call on 10/19 for my part so my mechanic can fix my car and spoke to BILL who noticed that the part was incorrect ( after Freddie said it was the correct part I needed) BILL immediately ordered the correct part and it was delivered a few hours later. Bill was extremely helpful over the phone and he knew everything I asked for and about. When I picked up my part I also purchased windshield wipers and DEVON checked me out and even installed the wipers. Bill & Devon were both friendly, informative, kind and helpful over the phone and in person. We need more guys like that. As for the guy Freddie. Shame on him for how he talked to me over the phone, very unprofessional and ordered the wrong part. If he is treating me like that and ordering wrong items he must do this to other loyal customers. I would hate for the company to lose customers due to an employee who has no desire to do their job properly. The store is always clean and always has everything I need. I shop here because it's close to my mechanics house. I really hope this doesn't happen again to myself or anyone else. Having to repair a vehicle is stressful enough we dont need unhappy or careless employees making things worse. Shannon is always awesome and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!
