Great experience with Mana helping me with my Range Rover! My coolant light was on so my Service Advisor at Land Rover suggested that I stopped by an O’Reilly auto parts. I was fairly close by this location and could not have received better help. The manager, Mana, was extremely helpful and spoke with my service advisor at Land Rover, to come up with the best coolant that would take me to Henderson to the LR dealership for service. It’s nice to see women within that industry and the knowledge she shared along with the help she provided was incredible!

I went in for brake pads and hopefully get my rotors resurfaced. Unfortunately they were too far gone but the technician in the back DJ knew his stuff and had great customer service

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Joe, Lesly, DJ, and Paul for their incredible customer service during my recent visit to this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. I stopped by unexpectedly after my vehicle began showing alarming signs of start-up failure. I had just finished cleaning my tires at a nearby self-service car wash and attempted to move my car toward the vacuums when my entire dashboard suddenly lit up, followed by an aggressive and concerning clinking sound from the engine. Thankfully, I managed to get a jump long enough to reach O’Reilly’s to address the issue. From the moment I arrived, the team was quick to assist, communicate clearly, and patiently walk me through every step. They were all highly knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle, which I originally believed was simply having battery trouble. They efficiently ran diagnostics and confirmed that I did, in fact, need a new battery. Joe showed excellent product knowledge by immediately recognizing the specific battery model I had purchased from O’Reilly last year. Because it was still within the one-year warranty, I was eligible for a free replacement—something I truly appreciated. Even when Joe accidentally dropped one of his tools under my hood, he handled the situation with professionalism and skill. He carefully retrieved it, made the necessary adjustments, and reassured me that everything remained in perfect working order. After installing the new battery, he even had me start the car myself to give me peace of mind. During that final check, he caught that my RCD light was signaling an obstruction—something that could have caused an issue when reversing. He corrected it immediately, going above and beyond to ensure my car was safe and fully functional. Before I left, I was given a receipt with clear notations for my records, and I drove away feeling genuinely taken care of and confident in my vehicle again. Excellent service from Joe and the entire team! Thank you all for your kindness, patience, and outstanding customer care.

Absolutely amazing help and service. Needed new tail light bulbs, the staff were incredibly helpful and came out and assessed my car and even provided expertise and assistance on installation to make sure we had the right components and everything worked properly. Quick, friendly, highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
