Another staff member informed me that he could order a product for me and it would be there in an hour. It was definitely not there nor did he order it so I waited an hour in the area for no reason but Rick went above and beyond to fix his coworkers mistake. I didn’t leave with what I needed but shoutout to Rick.

Stopped by to return a part. The employees were talking to each other while helping me, and I didn’t feel like I had much opportunity to explain my situation. Just some feedback better focus on the customer would make the experience smoother.”

My Honda odyssey’s car keys both batteries are low. I came to the store and ask if they can help me change it, they only charge me for the batteries price! Much better than going to Honda West to change the batteries!!! Thank you so much for the help!!!

Hands down the best store in vegas. These guys know their stuff and are more than helpful when it comes to parts and much more. You won't find me going to any other store in vegas.
