I've always leaned more towards O'Reilly than AutoZone, but after my experience today with both I'm never going back to Autozone. Jonathan the Manager at O'Reilly store, went above and beyond to help me out when Autozone could not. Excellent customer service and attention to detail, they really know what they're doing at that store. They have earned a customer for life. Keep it up Jonathan!

Sometime last week, I was driving my car and the car was overheating really bad! By the time I arrived at O’Reilly Auto Parts I immediately cut the car off before any further damage was done. I went inside to get help and Jonathan (Manager) assisted me with all of my concerns for the vehicle and the weather was extremely hot that day. Jonathan made sure I purchased the correct parts to the vehicle and he saved the day as I expressed to him how thankful I was for his amazing customer service he provided! I highly recommend this location at O’Reilly’s and his customer service and his team members were amazing as well. Thank you again Jonathan.

The guys here are always friendly! Well, most of the time. Sometimes the older gentlemen is a little tired, and tells us to just go to a mechanic instead. Other than that everyone is always very willing to help!
