Gilbert was anything but professional. We ...my husband and I.... Called to see if they had a tool that the online website said was available. The first time we called we called it what we thought it was and was told they did not have ...no additional help offered but that's ok. The second time we called was after we verified online they had the tool we wanted to find a store that would have it in stock. He picked up again and when asking for the correct name terminal relese kit he answered with no. Still don't got it I was the one who just answered. Ok cool well we didn't know the name so we wanted to make sure and online they say y'all have it so can you help find it. Not with out a part number......wait what????? I never have a part number...y'all are supposed to help right....not Gilbert though. The attitude was strong he definitely did not wanna do his job. If y'all record the calls I would recommend retraining on phone etiquette and customer service we will drive further to a store willing to help us find...even if like you said...NOPE SPECIAL ORDER .....so we cannot special order if y'all don't have it in stock because it was not offered but definitely made clear you did not wanna help. Usually we go here because y'all are typically better the Auto but not this time.

Called to ask if the part I ordered arrived yet, got put on hold and the call dropped after 10 minutes. Called again and after I gave the estimated arrival date the associate hung up on me.

Well, when I called for the part they had it and they went and checked to make sure they had it not like the other guys. That starts with an A , you call them. And it's happened to me multiple times and they say they have it. And then when you get there, oh, we don't have it, it's at the other store. That's in the nether city or another country.

Always buy parts and accessories from here. Great customer service. They provided a free diagnostic scan check when my engine light went on. Helped me to know how to handle the situation. Great benefit

Great cust serv. I like the attitudes, the 360 photos on their system, the machine to check the codes on vehicles, and if they don't have your part in stock the reps will make it happen for you. Thank you Christian and Daniel for being patient and taking the time to address our vehicle e-350super duty truck.
