I always come to this location when I need new car batteries or parts. I decided to leave a review today because Caleb went and above an beyond today and I truly appreciated it!

Walk in shop around not even customer greet. Can’t even use a restroom worst place ever. I take my business to autozone better service. At least they welcome their customer service meet and greet. This place need need work on customer service skills.

Sooooooooo Being a Veteran does not mean you get the discount at this location. My DD214 is in hand and you allow someone named Angel ruin my day. Ironic. I have no issues at any other locations. The competitors just solidified my business. Won't come back.

I needed windshield wipers and went to O'Reilly on Craig. I was happy to see a sign in the window that they would install my windshield wipers ... perfect!!!! I go inside and Michelle is finishing up with a customer and there are like 3 guys behind the counter in a group talking. Now it's my turn and the only one that acknowledged me was Michelle. I'm picking out my wipers and Joey comes over and Michelle says to Joey, you can put these on for her. Joey says he doesn't know how. I asked Michelle if she was going to have one of those guys put them on because she was only one working with customers for the 20 ish minutes I was in the store. Now I'm finished paying and Michelle calls over Joey for a learning opportunity and he says I'm on lunch. Joey ends up coming out with Michelle and she starts to change my wipers and Joey is still doing nothing. I asked him what would he do if a pretty girl came in and he was trying to flirt/impress and he doesn't know how to/doesn't want to learn. You dont want to know what he said to me so ill keep going. I may have over stepped but I told Joey there is a sign in the window saying it's free when you buy wipers, so basically your not doing your job and I would fire you. Joey did put on one so now he should know how now. Thank you Michelle for helping me, putting on my wipers and making my experience pleasant. Thank you!!!!
