Martha (Store Associate) was very pleasant and kind. I forgot the other workers name but they both made my day. I really enjoyed my Hyundai accents starter purchase. I totally recommend this location for great service and fair prices.

I just want to say that at the oreillys on flamingo and sandhill the customer service was above and beyond. They had great customer service and although the prices are a little higher than auto zone I am willing to pay the extra dollars for the customer service I received there. Alice and Jose went above and beyond the norm when helping me with my truck. I appreciate their patience and their knowledge of my vehicle and they were able to get me the product I needed to do an oil change on my truck in an efficient timely manner. Thank you guys for all your help I will be referring you guys to my friends and family.

I came to the store to buy a battery, and they told me I would get a $22 discount if I returned my old battery. However, when I went to pay, I saw a $22 core charge. I didn’t understand, so I asked about it. The store manager, Rick Quiroz, gave me a rude response and didn’t explain it clearly. He just said, “It’s $22 for the core charge minus $22 — you don’t have to pay for it,” and walked away. I still bought the battery because I didn’t have time to go to another store, but I believe a manager should treat customers with respect and take the time to explain things properly. If he doesn’t like assisting customers, maybe he should work in a different position

I dropped off two Marine Batteries to be tested. Had to leave them overnight to be charged. When I returned the next day they said they will take a charge and needed to be replaced. Batteries were about 18 months old so I took them to Battery Plus they charged them and they checked out just fine. Thanks but no thanks.
