The staff here at the Decatur location are very helpful. The store didn’t have the size wiper blade I needed when I stopped in on Sunday. The employee that was assisting me offered to check the other nearby locations. He called to confirm it was in stock. He gave me the product info to make sure I bought the correct one. I didn’t catch his name, but this store is lucky to have him. It’s employees like that, who actually care, that make a big difference.

I spend 50k at Oreillys stores every year in Vegas. The least you could do is have a smile on. Your commercial department always has an attitude compared to trop/Jones and literally every other store. Every other store will price match batteries for me too except this one. I’ll never come back to your store.

Shout out Young Sara or Sarah for real for real! I got a 2009 Pontiac g8 gt I ordered the wrong pressure sensor monitor switch. She found the exact one I needed with the quickness! Super cool great customer service patient and informational. Thankyou again Sarah or Sara you are appreciated thank you again from DJ:)

09/24/25. Thanks DAVID for your help and stellar patience yesterday at the store. I also want to add Ava for her help and patience with my many questions today on the phones ☎️ I appreciate it and thanks for finding the part at another O’Reillys store David down the street for me. I ended up going to a AutoZone instead of an O’Reilly store where you had called that was my bad but I appreciate all you did. Thanks for your kindness and your patience and helpfulness God bless. ******************* Jonathan the store manager and his staff provided me with excellent customer service . I received a prompt and courteous refund unsung returned items, all with a great smile professional staff that was very helpful. Naturally I had to buy some more products before I left. The store was clean easy to get around all the products were clearly marked and assistance took precedence as a customer and I got my veteran discount. I have been to the store many times but this is my first review as a Google guide. Jesus cares. God bless mmm
