Today I needed a battery and I needed some to put it in for me. Erubier Mendoza helped me. He first helped me on the phone with a quote and he was so nice. I went to him. He helped me put in my battery and made me knowledgeable about my battery so I appreciated him and his help and he went over and beyond his call of duty. I’ll go back!!

I had an awful experience at the O'Reilly's at 3041 N 16th St and was refused a service that is advertised on the door... I immediately came to this location and the staff did not refuse service. This location is 4 miles out of my way, but it absolutely is worth it to avoid the location on 16th st. Special thanks to the lady that went above and beyond and helped me thoroughly.

Solid O’Reilly spot. The store’s organized, the crew is helpful, and they always point me to what I need without any hassle. I’m in and out quick every time. Definitely one of the better auto parts stops around.

Everyone at the store was very helpful and caring. We had a problem with the battery's terminal. We ended stuck in the middle of the street at peak traffic hour!!!! We pushed the truck to O'Reilly just at the corner. Crisschecked and fixed the problem really quick!!!! God bless you guys!

They were very helpful they wouldn't come outside and just look at my car for a second I needed help and they would not cuz it was hot. I'm talking to Sunday morning. But what's new right.
