Jessica the store manager went above and beyond to help me out find the right equipment I needed for my car. Best costumer service I’ve ever received made me feel welcome and had extremely well knowledge on all items purchased. She also had a way with her team members I felt the great dynamic scene, big shout out to Pedro that also helped me out would recommend everyone that needs help to come to this oreilly they really know what they are doing.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car battery died right before I could take my kids to Goalkeeper Training and couldn’t get to the store. I called and spoke to Paul, who was incredible. He looked up my service record over the phone & made sure I got the exact battery that I needed. My husband arrived at Oreilly’s (3041 N 16th Street, Phx AZ) and Jessica had him out the door in less than 5 minutes! Customer Service is a huge priority for me, and this store always delivers! HUGE THANK YOU to Paul and Jessica. Because of them, my kids didn’t miss their goalkeeper training. This location truly cares about its customers!

Couldn't Ask for Better Service I had a fantastic experience today. I stopped in for a battery check on my car, and the team was incredibly accommodating and friendly from the moment I arrived. Jessica and Angel made me feel like a friend, not just another customer. Even with the temperature at a brutal 105 degrees, the technician came out to my car, tested the battery, and confirmed it was bad. They replaced it quickly and with a smile, not complaining about the heat. They were so knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. I ended up getting a great price on a new battery, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I'll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

So, who or what is the Germans Leader name pertaining to the Ford focus that was towed over two days ago?!.????.! Pedro welcomed me into the store with a “I got you” and he did. He tested my battery and recommended a new battery. He even installed it for me all in less than 30 minutes. As we from Iowa and only visiting the area a knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant person (Pedro) was very much appreciated. Thank you very much!!!
