I had an excellent experience at O’Reilly thanks to Gerardo! He helped me get a new battery at a really great deal and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Gerardo was very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s not often you come across customer service like that, and I really appreciated how easy he made everything. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to the great service.

Purchased 4 spark plugs that were out of stock and would be delivered to store in 4 days. Within 10 minutes of purchasing, I went to cancel the order since I found them available same day and was refused the freight refund of $20 even though the order hasn't shipped because it's Sunday. Buyer beware that O'Reilly's cares more about their pocket than their customers.... Edit, was able to get my money back from the store on Monday after filing a claim with a Chase.

Went in today asked for a few items the Assistant Manager was helping got the two items I asked for and he couldn't find the 3rd item so I said don't worry about it. After continuing to look for t minutes. And me saying multiple times don't worry about it. I finally left because he wouldn't stop. I told him multiple times I didn't want the other item. He didn't know how to listen

Gerardo took the time to help me and understand what I was looking for. Friendly and professional. He even told me that if it didn't work to come back other options maybe needed.

Great and friendly service. They tested my car battery and let me know it was going bad. Thankfully it was still under warranty. I'd like to specifically highlight Gerardo during my visit not only was he super helpful but he also installed my new battery for me as well. Will definitely make this my regular store for all my car maintenance.
