Lexi was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and got the correct parts for the male and model of my car. Very friendly and approachable! As a woman, it's hard to always trust what someone tells you regarding what you need for you car, I will absolutely come back to this location just to work with her again! She deserves a raise and promotion!! If more employees were like this, more customers would feel empowered in their choices. 10/10 for Lexi!!

This O’reilly’s location is the BEST. The guys that work there are so helpful, kind and just generally awesome people. I have been there twice in the past few weeks, once for screws and the other for a new battery. Both times I received awesome, helpful, friendly service- so much so, I am actually writing a review. Lavelle helped me change my battery yesterday, and I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me with the screws but he went above and beyond trying to help me match them and get them just right. I am in my 20s and a young woman with two kids and it’s not often I get car help where I don’t feel talked down to or taken advantage of. Thanks guys for the great service.

Lavelle is the best!! So nice, proactive, and efficient! I had a check engine light and he helped me with fixing it up. Auto shops can be super intimidating, but he doesn’t waste anyone’s time and was extremely knowledgeable. A great employee.

Lavelle provides superior service in this store. I came in for a car battery and he quickly provided me all my options and insisted he would install it for me while helping others. He goes far beyond what’s expected. I will go out of my way to do business here.
