I want to thank Silvia and Jaime at O’Reilly for their help. They both went out of their way to assist us and did everything they could to help to the best of their ability. Even though our situation wasn’t simple, they took the time to guide us and make sure we understood our options. We truly appreciate their effort and customer service. My son had took out a few price tags off the counters and Silvia was very kind and understandable and put the tags back with no hesitation.

Silvia and Jaime at O’Reilly provided great customer service. They made an effort to help us and went above and beyond to assist as much as they could. They were patient, attentive, and took the time to address our concerns. We’re grateful for their willingness to step in and support us throughout the process.

Jimmy Gutierrez was very professional and helped right away change my car battery for me I'd be more than glad to return to this store! O'Reilly needs more employees like him!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had—do not recommend this location. I went in for a battery replacement. At first, everything went smoothly: the associate was polite and confirmed my warranty. She began replacing the battery, but midway through, an employee named Alexis (whose photo I posted) suddenly yelled at her, asking what she was doing. When she explained, he told her, “We don’t replace batteries here. She apologized and said she didn’t want to argue with her coworker, suggesting I try another store. I asked why she couldn’t simply finish the job since she’d already started, but she declined, saying she was afraid of him. She pointed me to the phone numbers for the store and regional managers, but repeated calls went unanswered. I then went to their Van Buren & 16th St. location, where the staff replaced my battery immediately without any issues.
