I went in today for something simple which was to get my license switched & a guy told me he didnt have the right tools. I asked for a manger thinking he would help and he was saying stuff to his workers when it should’ve been a a simple , yes how can I help you or what do you need. I was standing there waiting for someone to speak to me or ask me for help & and the workers & manger were just playing around. I don’t think it’s professional at all when you should want to assist your customers when help is needed & asked for. I even told them I will pay for the tools if I have to & that’s when they decide to help. There was 1 guy he has blond hair he was super nice he helped me & changed my plate! He was the only one taking his job seriously & got me out of there. Also as a manger you shouldn’t be complaining, cussing, standing around etc if ur not doing anything knowing a customer is asking to speak to a manger. Honestly, I wouldn’t probably go back I’ll have my dad go because I didn’t feel welcomed.

Always great service. I had a young man by the name of Ivan help me with a battery removal and replacement. He was super nice, and patient even though the battery was complicated to removed due to location and protecting rods. I thank you Ivan for your hard work of removing and replacing the battery, for your time and all the help. It's due to this young kids that we return for services

Deem more batteries “no good “ than idk how many places. Batteries that arent that old , almost new and just lost charge. Must be trying to scam people into buying new ones. Lack of training? Bad sales tactics? False info ? Need a new team in here. When buying new parts everyones good but when it comes to batteries , idk what the issue is.
