Came in for a rear light bulb turn signal replacement on a 2016 Chevy malibu and bought a two pack of bulbs after clarifying multiple times i wanted my rear bulb replaced. Waited 5 minutes for the guy behind the counter to "go get his tools" only for him to come back with a pair of gloves and nothing else. When we got to my car he was confused that I wanted my back light replaced and told me he couldn't replace my back bulb because "they have to pull the whole light fixture out", which is pretty standard on a lot of vehicles, three nuts to remove, pull fixture out, change bulb (assuming he didn't know how, or just being lazy) 30 minutes for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time O'Reilly's. AutoZone down the street did the work, no problem! Edit: In response to your reply. It only takes one disappointment for me to not use your company again. You lost a customer for life. I could have easily done the work myself, but was feeling lazy. Its a shame, i decided to use your company, support it, spend money, but in the end you couldn't provide the basic service i needed and wasted my time. Its funny......here's a summary that's provided....."Chain retailer supplying auto parts and tools, plus services such as battery testing and bulb installation".

exceptional customer service these guys are in my opinion the best customer Service I've got from any establishment In a long while. thank you for your help and courtesy while I was there at your store! these guys deserve a raise

Honestly, I keep giving this location a shot and I just don't know why the inventory is awful. I went for a hose that claimed to be in stock that was nowhere to be found even when I went and helped to look. It was last received in 24 which tells me the store hasn't been cycle counted and too long so... When I go in there's usually only one or two people if you even see them out and it's just pretty difficult unless I am going for something I know is on the retail floor to ever know if I'm going to have a successful trip at this store..

Lazy employees don't wanna search or even work no point in going. They need better people working. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always very helpful and friendly staff, more than wiling to listen and help
