Went in looking for crash wrap. Counter person had no idea what the product was (even though O'Reilly's is listed as a retailer of said product). Managed to figure out the part #. $100 for a roll to arrive in 2 days. Ended up ordering myself on Prime for $40 for next day delivery. 🤔

Is it policy for your employees to harass paying customers in your parking lot? Both the drivers in the trucks who were revving their engine and honking at me and the mexican woman with working the cashier inside, who came outside just to spy on me while I was checking my engine oil level. Where is upper management? Don't judge a book by its cover. I'll take this up higher if I have to. June 4th 2026 3:00pm

I needed an auto battery. Lavelle was the first peron I spoke with on the phone. He was very congenial. This continued when I went in the store to buy the battery. He enven showed empathy toward my having to buy a battery which was unepectedly. All retail personnel need to be like him.

My car battery died on today's rainy afternoon. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He checked on the warranty and replaced my battery in a few minutes. I am grateful!
