Honestly, the best staff and the GM goes above and beyond , even visiting the local business just to check in and see if we need anything at least weekly. Top notch customer service and much more than anyother auto parts establishme that i have done biz with.

I went in today and I originally was helped by Yaret. He was soft spoken and he checked my battery to find out it was bad like I expalined. He told me he needed the battery for the warranty and I told him I needed him to do it and he wouldn’t. Diana came over and she helped me get my battery warranty and took it out and put it back in for me. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time and you guys are really lucky to have her!

After leaving 35th bethany came here Frank was awesome, he's the manager, 2nd time Yaret helped us and was 👍 So happy with there professionalism this my new home store. Thanks Frank you just made my day after bad encounter 😀

They took forever to even help us, then didn't know anything about the parts they were selling and gave us a returned part that was missing pieces. The guy who helped us seemed more interested in talking to everyone else behind the counter than actually helping us. We also called ahead to make sure they had the part and told them we would be there in 20 minutes to pick it up but they couldn't find it when we got there even though we asked them to make sure it was actually there before we drove there to get it. The service was really disappointing.
