My experience here was great, Thanks to Eric , I came in the morning needing help and he was ready to help. And all questions and concerns I had he was on point. Overall his customer service was excellent and he was very responsive, helpful and patient. Great work. Thank you Eric and O'Reilly for the help.

poor experience multiple times. If you as an employee are going to open your mouth and say that you're going to do something then you better do it. I spend a lot of money there and I can gladly spend it elsewhere and as a matter of fact I will be. Unprofessional an employee's not following through with things that they're saying they're going to do it's stupid.. Poor management poorly ran store.

Erik and Gerardo both helped me with my lightbulb search and replacement. They helped me find the best option for my budget, and not only that but they also offered to install it and get me going. Thank you for your extremely good customer service, will be back to this location for sure.

Store is great!! I love coming here and getting service nice and easy with the employees there, and store has become even better under new management. Very nice!

MANNY was so awesome helping me figure out all the light bulbs I needed to replace my headlights. He went onto the sale floor to help me pick out the light bulb. MANNY even installed the light bulb to my car headlights. I got to the store just after opening time 7am. In less than 30mins I was safe to drive again. As a girl, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all and Manny was very patient helping me. Im so grateful for him going above and beyond. 😀
