I had an incredible experience with Cesar and Francisco! They were so knowledgable, helpful, and professional! They diagnosed my check engine light and changed the air filter in no time, they even drove over a part they needed from their other store. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

My engine light went on! Went directly to the 420 E. 16th St./O'Reilly location. Ivan assisted me in purchasing a quart of oil. He inserted the oil, and I was on my way. Thank you for your great service, patience, and stellar customer service.

O'Reilly's is a very exceptional car parts store. They have a huge selection on several classic vehicle parts along with newer models as well. Excellent customer service, centrally located. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone searching for auto parts.

I want to give a special shout out to Ivan first and foremost he went above and beyond his customer service skills were amazing and he did everything in his power to help me after my mechanic died a few days after purchasing a part he is truly amazing as well as frank the both always have a great smile and willing to be of help in any way possible . I also went to a store down there street and the worker had disrespectd me so bad that day when. I let them know angel claimed me down and reached out to the other store about the disrespect I was giving . This store has the type of employees anyone would want I will always want to come here

I would give 20 stars if I could. I was at the airport and my battery chose to go dead while I was in the cell phone waiting lot. Airport parking was able to jump start my car and then I drove straight to this O’Reilly‘s location. The manager was amazing and super helpful selling me a battery and installing it. He was professional polite, and I highly recommend. I will drive out of my way to go to this O’Reillys in the future because they were so professional.
