I had a very great experience at this location! I know that the area isn't the best but the guys in the store made me feel really safe and I appreciated that!! Especially the older gentleman Larry! He saw someone harassing me and he politely asked the guy to leave me alone!! Thanks so much Larry!!! See you next time!!

Customer service is non existent in this hell hole. If you dont like your job as a cashier then get another one and better your life to get out of there. I was in line when 2 people jumped infront of me. When i confronted the second person, i did step out of line, and i snatched the guys paper from his hand. cause i was pissed already about the poor customer service and the guy that had jumped infront of me before the second one. The guy then stated he was already helping him before i got there but how was i supposed to know this if I got there and didnt see him in line before me!? The cashier the proceeded to come outside and threaten me cause I had snatched the paper from his hand.

I’m not really a fan of o Reilly auto parts because the worker but I went one time and a young man I believe his name was Julian very nice kid he knew so much about car parts and was very helpful never met someone who use yes sir in this era of time good young man and glad to stop by again

They said they were gonna hold a part for and I passed many stores for them to tell me they don’t have it , I went in store and the guy didn’t know what he was doing just walking around while I wasted my time

I called the store today I've been very happy with the store when you go there and the help is good when I call today I thought they had saved your VIN number when you purchased something so I asked for John John explained to me know that is private information so they only keep it for like 2 weeks so he transferred me to another gentleman the gentleman did not understand what I was trying to explain to him regarding the VIN number because I want to make sure I get the right part for this vehicle and he is explaining to me that he could do it with my license plate which is 100% not true because it does not give you the VIN number so for today bad review a big fat zero make sure you go to the store if you want good service thank you
