Honestly it was very customer friendly, there was a book that guided me to what I needed unfortunately they did not have the filter I wanted on the shelve. And wouldn't you know the cashier informed me I didn't need to settle for the one I grabbed cause he had it in the back. My first time at an O'Reilly and had a great experience. So I shall return.

Came here today to replace a bad battery. Sarina and CJ saved us. They got us the battery we needed within minutes of us walking inside, they were both polite, friendly and helpful. CJ installed the new battery for us right on the spot with no questions asked. It was a very positive experience and I'm thankful for both of them. Thank you

Sarena KNOWS HER STUFF! helped me narrow down countless issues I had. Even after my two thousand question, was patient and didn’t pressure me to by anything she didn’t feel may have been unnecessary. CJ & Trey have had my back for the last 5 years! Any problem big or small. 10/10 would recommend this location!

We are used to shopping at O’Reilly Auto Parts; however, we were treated very poorly by Caytlee. She was extremely rude to me and my son.

Trey, who works at this location, has been super helpful to us a couple of times now. Today he helped teach us how our headlights are connected (for bulb replacement) and how we can clean them. Informed us on how to find kits to change out interior lights as well. Grateful for his help and insights with both encounters that we’ve had.
