I was looking for a very specific part for an aftermarket fuel pump setup on my GT-R. I went to three other big box automotive supplies, only to be met with "i cant help you" after they couldn't get it to pull on my year and make. (Mind you it's aftermarket and i said as much.) Dawn, the manager here, didn't just stop at year and make when it didn't pull. She started cross referencing things in her system, knowing that we just needed a 5 pin, 40A relay. She found one, but it was discontinued. She then looked online to see if they had anything comparable and they absolutely did. She went back, came out, and it is absolutely the relay I needed, just from a different OE. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience here today and I will be exclusively coming to this store for all of cars needs. Thank you so much Dawn!!!

This was my first time at O'Reilly Auto Parts, and my last. Came here on 03.08 around 9am, and was totally ignored by the associates at the counter. They looked at me, and one gentleman was helping another customer. The other one, who was not busy, looked at me a few times and decided not to help. Not even an acknowledgement. Do they realize other stores sell detailing wipes and all the same items? I get it... you don't want to work. But don't treat your customers like crap because of that. The service here is 0, the products are things you can get anywhere else. Avoid it.

Awful.never encountered so disrespectful and rude the management of this store I wish to give them zero I bought ac compressor from this store, when the mechanic installed he notice it’s used one and not functioning when I contact the store manger she lying to me in unprofessional, disrespectful and mean way,said it’s not belong to us which is so shameful. Do not west your time and money on this store.
