This is my third visit in the past few months and the service has been consistently solid. The employees are genuinely personable and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference when you are dealing with car issues. They took the time to help me track down exactly what I needed for my Hyundai and even let me borrow a wrench so I could remove the battery right there. That kind of flexibility and trust is rare and appreciated. Good conversation, real help, and no rushing you out the door. This location has earned my repeat business and then some.

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. I came in and Ava helped me to identify that the problem I had was a dead battery. Her and Devon helped get me a replacement and back on the road in no time. This will always be my got-to auto parts store.

One word--- JAKE! Wish I could give him 100 stars- he is the absolute best! Talk about great customer service- this guy really cares yall. Jake helped me out so much when I needed a battery replacement. Start to finish, he was kind and helpful and made sure I drove out of there safe and happy! I won't go anywhere else in the future for my automotiive needs, all because of him! Thanks so much Jake!!!!!

Sarina Jake Vik were awesome. Helped me out more than any of a parts store I’ve ever been to I would never go anywhere else at this point they actually did care and I’m never going anywhere else. This is my O’Reilly store for awe’re awesome. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Vic earned this one. Her expertise and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. She broke everything down and made sure I understood exactly what my wife’s car needed. That level of service is rare, I’ll definitely be coming back. Vic deserves way more than 5 stars!
