I have been to many auto parts stores over the years but this O'Reilly location in Austin really stands out from the rest. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. The store is well organized and the shelves are always well stocked, which makes the whole experience quick and straightforward. I also appreciated how competitive their prices are compared to other options in the area. This is my go to spot for anything car related and I would recommend it to any driver in Austin.

Worker snatched item I was looking at from my hand cause he thought I was stealing.Mind you I had just walked in looking for products for the maintenance of my car. I was dressed professionally , it wasn't even a minute I couldn't even decide what I wanted before he rushed me to just buy and leave . I have bought from this store for years and I felt racially discriminated. Maybe if the store clerk knew how to communicate with customers he wouldn't assume and improve on his critical thinking skills. for description it was the oversized guy with glasses.
