John was extremely helpful in getting all the parts and advice I needed on my tune up for my 50cc Scooter! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Amazingly patient and calm, yet straight to the point in helping me get in and out in a timely manner. Extremely respectful and kind. He had to special order a part for me that will be arriving less than 12 hours from the time ordered! Truly an OG, and deserves a raise no doubt!

Me and my husband love this O’reilly’s! Definitely recommend this location! We also recommend Jose! He’s very knowledgeable and very helpful! Very respectful! We use to go to Autozone but we had to stop because their knowledge with vehicles were not good. Came to this location and best decision we made! Jose put a new battery as well into our vehicle! Definitely will be coming back for anything we need that has to do with our vehicle! Thank you Jose!

If only I could rate them lower. I've given this spot several opportunities to change my opinion of them, but alas, they are utterly wretched when it comes to both knowledge and customer service. It is my belief that they are just warm bodies that have never seen underneath the bonnet of a car, which is perhaps why they get so annoyed when one asks for assistance. I will *never* enter this location again, and I recommend that you don't either.

Great customer service experience! Came in an hour before closing with a dead battery worried I wouldn’t be able to get a change the same day. Asked if we could get the battery switched out and Junior came to my rescue. He was super helpful and quick with it!
