Every time I go there, the service is excellent. They answer all my questions, offer options, and they treat me respectfully. They have a good stock of items.

Had permission to leave my car here for 3 days straight because I’m not from here and my car died. I had to figure out a way to get home and then come back. When I come back my cars gone. Even after talking to them the night before and them STILL confirming it’s okay that I come the next day. I have proof of calling and I talked to multiple employees, and then they towed my car and the manager is saying nobody said I could leave the car here. It’s illegal by the way to do this.

I want to send a huge Thank You to the entire staff at this O’Reilly location store number 561. A service light came on in my car, and I called and went to the store immediately. The manager Carlos and staff members Luis, and UB was full of knowledgeable information. They helped me/gave me peace of mind while assisting me with diagnostic trouble codes. Carlos advise me on professional nexts steps to take in caring for my vehicle. Carlos is truly an angel 😇. He treats his customers with respect, dignity, and like family. I always appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, excellent customer service and good will. Thank you again O’Reilly Respectfully, Chasiti Brown

Tyler was such an amazing help getting my battery and alternator tested, charged, and reinstalled. He answered all my questions and was great at explaining the issue and resolution. The whole process was super fast. Highly recommend him and that specific O'Reilly team/location!
