I would like to tell everyone about this location! I will not go to a different location. Ricardo should be acknowledged for his outstanding service and willingness to help me. I had purchased the Oil&Filter deal from a different location. Kyle, at the store on Lamar, explained to me that the deal was online only and the store just fills the order. This guy did not honor the advertised price. I went to the location on that Dessau Rd. in Austin and Ricardo refunded me the difference and made sure I had all the right stuff I needed for my truck. He went above and beyond normal customer service and he’s just a really nice and helpful guy. Y’all go by there and see him sometime! I’ll be back soon!

I came in to get specific windshield wipers. An employee helped me find them. The manager, Greg, checked me out & offered to install them for me. I was super impressed with the friendly staff & the manager going the extra mile. Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto parts store 🙂

Andrew at O’Reilly Auto Parts was extremely helpful and professional. He helped me install the mobile holder that I bought from the same store, and the whole process was quick and smooth. He was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. I had a very good experience with him and really liked his service. Highly recommended!
