This place I don't recommend it!!! We bought a NEW battery when the mechanic put it (next day) didn't work 0 voltios so we charge the battery and go to this place they trying to do everything and didn't work so I told to the manager the problem trying to change the battery o return it but they said the problem wasn't the battery that was the alternator si it wasn't what kind a new battery doesn't work? So the girl over there told me that they charge the battery and see it works or no; I told her if the mechanic take off the battery they help me put it again and she said we'll see. I waited for 1 hrs and they didn't pay attention clients came and go so I tell here I came for the battery and she said well the battery is working I ask for help to put away and she said yes and I wait, wait, wait and she said ohhh we're looking for the tools so I wait, one of the workers asked her do you want I do it or no? She didn't respond so the guy go with other client and I was waiting again so she told me ohhh we can't help you because we don't have the tools somebody take them. I was so frustrated ( because I was 9am and 2pm I leave the place) I trying to put the battery in my car and the guy for the store told please don't carry the battery is very heavy and come back to help you 5 min waiting and I decide to put it myself but one guy that was passing help me who the guy return said oh you know we don't find the tools so this guy asked him but you work here right? And he said yes but somebody took the tools. After I put the battery I told the guy you know what your coworkers are really bad they are here to helps the clients and I told the battery wasn't working and he said oh the battery has to have defects. I have a very bad experience because is not $10 and the humiliation that you receive is terrible. I never go again!!!

Was able to get my check engine light checked and find out what it was for free. Big relief. 7/13 A month later, and I need another scan this time I wait while three very young assistants do varied things that are not waiting on customers. Both the other customer and myself were looked at but not acknowledged for several minutes. Finally I was asked if I needed help, when I asked for an engine scan he glanced under the counter ten feet away and told me the scanner wasn't working. Usually great service, guess not on the Sunday.

Place os ok but when sombody call to ask for parts they just ignore ya put yo’ll on hold pretend they are busy and forgot about it was happy to see an autopart near my shop at 969 and Austin colony but i was wrong hahaha got To stick with autozone

Always ask for Fabrizio he knows 100% what he's doing and will get you out quick so far a good O'reilly's in town
