Bought a INNOVA 5610 BI-Directional Scan handheld scanner, it;s a really well made quality scanner and it can do a lot in finding about your auto or trucks, ORielly made it easy to decide to buy it even as it is a $300 dollar scanner, am very glad it did buy it it takes a little reading and trying to get started but nothing that i would call hard to do. ========================== O Reilly sent me a $10 Coupon for my above review, but i have to be buying $25 dollars of their products to use it also i can’t get my military discount if i use the Coupon, well not ready to spend another $25 dollars so in the trash went OReillys worthless Coupon, i still like my OReilly but i don’t like there policies. ============================ 11/08/2025 had a failure with the INNOVO 5610 took it back to OReilly’s got a exchange with no questions or any problems, OReilly’s is still my go to auto part store hope they get a few better policies. ===================== 11/09/2025 Again my second INNOVA 5610 v3 scanner worked for one day then today right in the middle of a test scan of my Toyota 4runnr it dropped connection and would not again connect. Well back to OReilly’s for a full refund, no questions asked this is my reason for sticking with OReilly’s i trust them, sadly i really liked to INNOVA 5610 but it just failed and that is not a good sign. ========= 11/13/2025 I tried again they found another INNOVA 5610 i agreed to again give it a try, happy to say as of 11/16/2025 the 5610 is still connecting l will keep testing it. I give OReilly’s a lot of credit for working with me as it took a lot of there time this is why i keep saying OReillies is my go to auto store it’s there great service that means a lot to me.

I had a very positive experience with Eli at O'Reilly. He spent a significant amount of time trying to find the right light bulb for my headlight. However, my car did not cooperate. I appreciate him making me feel like a valued customer.

Jesus was a godsend at this location! I needed some lights replaced and he went above and beyond to find them and help me replace them. He was efficient and so kind and professional. The store itself was Clean, and all the other associates seem to work well together. Next time I have an issue or need something, this location is going to be my first stop!
