You seem really proud of your new amazing store/Tulsa DC. Truthfully, it is a great store, bright, energetic, EVERYTHING is usually in stock. Great job, O'Reilly. This being said, there is just one thing I am unable to understand...why do you have Boomer "Stay off my lawn" Bootstraps as the first employee customers are going to be greeted by? Seems like you are shooting yourself in the foot there big time. He should be down on the south end of the counter instead of the north end... I mean, unless you like sending potential new customers to NAPA.

Customer service is amazin. Staff is so proactive and willing to help. They really go above and beyond, it does not really feel they are trying to sell you anything, it feels like someone you donot know is genuinely trying to help you. I hate that I did not ask for the name of the guy that helped me, or he probably mentioned it and I forgot but I was here on a Wednesday night and the guy that helped me was trully amazing. He helped me add oil to my car and ran a scan for a code I had on my car, the computer did not bring up anything for the code I guess that it was not familiar with the code so he looked up on youtube what the issue was and what possible fixes were available. He was great. I would come back for all my car parts and appliances. I will sure recomrnd O'reilly to all my friends and family.

5 stars, my boy Todd is a g. All the homies popping up to orielleys at 9pm to get parts for the rigs. Todd gets me right every time man. If I could give Todd 10 stars I would. He has a very kind demeanor and is never rude and it always patient. My mannn toddddd!

Personal and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, and overall great experience. I've typically shopped with auto zone because it was what I was more familiar with but my experience today has made me decide that O'Reilly is the way to go. All of the associates were great but I wanted to give a special shout for the associate named John. He really saved our project.
