OEM headlight bulb for a 2002 toyota rav4 was $10 while next door it was $20. But it's a good idea to shop because most parts cost half as much online as O'Reilly or that place next door charges, If you have time to wait for shipping go online.

Popped in to have my battery tested. The Assist. Mgr Chris came out and ran the test. Battery tested bad so he helped get me a new battery installed. After install, tested the alternator and starter. Very pleasant and easy to work with. I don't understand why it is so hard for the rest of Tulsa's service workers to provide this level of competence and assistance that this gentleman showcased. Thanks again, Chris.

I don't know who the young lady was behind the counter not in uniform that apparently didn't know how to work a computer to find my part to warranty it out after waiting 5 minutes on whoever Chris is even when another gentleman tried to help us she stopped him then when Chris finally came from the back another older gentleman walked in the door and he motioned for him like we weren't even standing there. Their customer service is poor

Wanted to thank Joshua again for helping me out. My trunk wouldn't shut and he knew the latch needed an adjustment. He did it on spot. He was awesome and I'll be coming back to this location
