So I just haven't had a really bad experience. There was a young African American. Thank you so much. Ooh, it's not welcoming, you wouldn't even let me put my phone number in to get my rewards. He was rushing me. There were several other people in the store. For some reason, he picked me out, out of the crowd to mess with. Maybe the dude was having a bad day.I don't know. Last time it was a good experienced? It was an older man that's always in there. He's pretty helpful and welcoming, and we'll give you what you got coming to you. But the more I think about it, it really any O'reilly's or autozone. That's north tulsa, it's probably going to be a crappy experience

going to this particular one for a while btw tried to tell me at first he didn't have the cash to return it I told him I was trying to get tools instead he told me to was severely damaged mind you it was still under warranty so I left. Got honored at one down the street seems like they have some employees who just don't care about the rules.

I stopped in to get parts on 07/03/23 at 7:12 pm and discovered the shutters were down but lights were on when I pulled in there were people banging on the glass and everybody could see through the glass that was not shuttered that there were employees inside including the store manager. This store closes at 9 pm and was already closed. So I went down to auto zone so I could get my needed parts before traveling and decided to snap these photos on the way back by.

Had model year make and engine size was told by old Guy with long stach I need vin number why on that part I'm looking for even had a pic worst experience ever wish I could give a negative star

Far better then AutoZone by far great staff also
