Never had a problem till today I had in innova under warranty the new employee which been going to this particular one for a while btw tried to tell me at first he didn't have the cash to return it I told him I was trying to get tools instead he told me to was severely damaged mind you it was still under warranty so I left. Got honored at one down the street seems like they have some employees who just don't care about the rules. But this is the store that honored the warranty and helped me and for that this is the O'Reilly's I will be going to now

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received at this O’Reilly’s location. I called expecting help with pricing but when i asked Carson for installation instructions he simply said "no". He was unhelpful, dismissive, and inattentive. Instead of feeling supported, I felt brushed off and hung up without the assistance I needed. I’ve shopped at O’Reilly’s before and usually had good experiences, which makes this encounter even more frustrating. Customer service is a big part of why people choose where they shop, and I hope this feedback encourages better training and attention to customers in the future!

I called up there 20 minutes straight. All 4 times somebody picked up and hung it back up and didn’t say a word. At 6:43 PM. 10-06-2025.

This is a nice store.It would be nicer if it was opened up like many of the others , but the area that is at is a little rougher , so things are barricaded , so you have to zigzag through the store a little bit more , but it is not a bad shop to go to, to get the parts that you need
