There is a guy named Ben that needs some lessons on Customer Service. He acted like I was bothering him and his cell phone. I just went to pick up a battery that my friend in need had purchased online the night before. Anyway.... I really think someone in management should walk him through how to treat customers and how valuable they are. I have always used O'Reilly's over others. He actually made me hate to go back to get my credit for the core charge. Luckily he was busy on his cell phone again and the other nice gentleman helped me. Just by the way he acted to me I know he's treated others the same!

These guys are total 🤡's and have no idea that their corporate policy on their website states they do in fact PRICE MATCH OTHER LOCAL COMPETITORS. Went in a few nights ago and all 4 employees refused to price match with walmart in town. They acted as if the price match would take money out of their personal check or something.. I then went to my car, called the bixby location and Keean told me to come on in & had NO ISSUE price matching my Oil with the local walmart price. I even went back in and informed them they were WRONG regarding their policy and walked out. I live close to this location but I'll be driving to bixby it seems like from now on. I hope the manager that wasn't on duty that night sees this complaint and direct those employees to their corporate website and have them read out loud what the policy states.

I stop at oriellys on 91st and Memorial it was 4:58pm the doors where locked and he said they where closed even though the open sign was lit and hours said 5pm. Apparently this incident may have been racial because as me and my wife sit in the car another employee let 2 people that are the same race as him white into the side door and they where shopping. Then a employee came out to our car in a threatening manner after I took a picture of the people in the store being served after 4 cars where in the parking lot needing to get in. Then the employee said where closed don't know why he unlocked the door and approached our running vehicle to repeat what we heard already. Bad business period customer service skills horrible I guess you all bully your customers!!

No help whatsoever, and when I told them the product wasn't in stock but might be available at another store across town, I asked if they could check by calling, and the response was: no, figure it out yourself.

The most kind people I’ve met. They helped me in a time of need with my car when they didn’t have to and truly have been the biggest blessing. Thank you Doyl and team for your kindness and help today. You definitely turned my day around!!
