When in to get a battery charge and tested. Bad customer service. The employees were arguing of who was going to attend me. Then when I got the battery , they didn’t know if it was tested or if it was a good battery.

Super poor customer service, other customers were being assisted, and one of the employees ( his name was isreal) came up, logged onto the computer and stood there for probably two minutes and was like do you need help as if I was bothering him while I’m standing there with items in my hand. then I wanted to charge to a corporate business account and they told me that they couldn’t do it and then when I questioned why they said they would not do it because anyone can come in and charge to an account and then he said he’d have to get his boss to do it but his boss was already gone for the day. It was 4 in the afternoon. I informed him that that was not my problem and then he needed to get him on the phone. Then his boss said he wouldn’t do it and when I questioned why he’s like well anyone can come in and charge us. I have a company vehicle outside, and my name is on the account, he then told the employee that he charge items “ because I wasn’t getting that much stuff anyway” then the employee did not know how to log on correctly to charge to the account like I said very poor customer service lots of incompetency.

So I get there, it’s busy so I wait. Finally get to the counter and I tell the kid what I needed and he points it’s over there. I’m like man I’m not getting out of line to wait thirty minutes again. Shruggs his shoulders but took time from the transaction before to walk all the way over where he pointed to loook at his truck car who knows. Guess I’m not brown enough. I’ll spend my cash elsewhere. Oriellys Mexican joint
