I went to this store to get my battery check out and when I did the manager derron was so kind and so patient and was willing to help at every step he was outstanding ! I must say and he made my day definitely a leader for sure also there were other workers that help out as well like Cruz i believe that was his name and a lady that had just started and another guy I was just grateful for there help couldn’t ask for a better store ! Stopped in to have a battery charged and checked. Told to return in 2 hours, no problem. Show up to hours later, never got charged. Frustrating. When I came into the store to pick up thr battery some of the guys working there were kinda just standing around. The guy who took the battery from me new immediately he had messed up, I saw him walk straight to the back and start messing with stuff. Not a good look.

I just ordered some spark plugs and someone was supposed to pick them up. You're supposed to hand in the receipt so they can give them back, but I didn't receive my money back or the spark plugs. 😔

Glenpool store very rude manger. Would not return coil. Coil was bad. He said get motor diagnostic Test. Done that it was the coil. Went another store and no problems ask what I want to and said want another. No problem. The manger at Glenpool is lazy won’t stand up has to lay on counter and can’t look in the eye. Won’t go there anymore as long as he’s there. Auto Zone right down street. BE WARE!!!!

These guys dropped the ball and caused me some BS that I'm just now getting worked out. They didn't put my name in the system for my warranty and they gave me the wrong part, but, I was never put in the system so I couldn't exchange my part. Total chaos of a broken vehicle doesn't need chaos at the parts store.
