Their is 2 employees a female and a young guy that don't have good customer service and bad attitude. I been going to this location for years and ever since they been working their is the worst location to go to. First time I had contact with them they called me poor and told me to look at Amazon for parts. Went in today for oil and ask to put my number guy said it won't make a difference but I guess. Its sad that it was the best location near to me to go to the worst location uncomfortable place to go.

Very clean store with a great selection. Employees are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find what your looking for or something comparable.

This is the O'reilly's in los ranchos de Albuquerque. The employees here are wonderful, supernice, and super helpful. they'll have all your auto parts under one roof

I was ordering something for pick up and used the 1 hour pick up option and apparently they had to order the part from somewhere else when it seemed like they had it in stock so I have to wait another 24 hours to be able to pick it up after I was needing it quicker than that. If the item is not in stock have something on the website saying that. If there is no way to get the item in 1 hour don’t let it go through as 1 hour pick up, I feel like that is common sense and false advertising and promises.

I always come to O'Reilly's because if they don't have the part they will order it and it will come the same day or at least by the next morning. Anytime I have any problems with anything I purchased they have no problem returning it. I stopped going to the other place 5 years ago and won't go back. O'Reilly's will beat their prices anyway haha. Thanks for being a great automotive place! Always welcoming. You all are doing a awesome job 👏.
