Steve just saved the day! Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful - all the things anyone hopes for when walking into a store frustrated from unexpected vehicle issues. Steve balanced serving each customer diligently, without compromising service to any. Extremely helpful, and efficient. With his help, my weekend trip can still happen - safely!

Mr. Tim was incredibly helpful. I walked into the store a few months ago and he really went above and beyond, by describing, in detail, the part that I needed. I came to the store a few days ago to see if he was still working. When I choose to come back to this O’Reilly location, it is primarily because of the excellent service Mr. Tim provides.

The older gentleman that works evening I should have got his name was one of the best that I've dealt with. I made a call looking for plugs for a radiator at another location and they stated they didn't have any that I'd have to go to a dealership. I went and showed up at this O'Reilly's and he knew what I was looking for and we looked up the radiator. I showed them where I needed the plug on that radiator and we found a box of different sizes. Little pricey $30 but it was needed to stop a leak on a radiator which would have probably costed me hundreds if I would have taken it to a shop

Zak was SO HELPFUL. I got my battery replaced at autozone & they didn’t clean my corrosion, so I was still having problems. Zak went absolutely out of his was to help me when he really didn’t even have to. He cleaned my battery, explained the process to me and sent me on the way with my car working!! Thank you Zak!!!! I will 100% be visiting this location from now on 👏🏼🙌🏼
